Kurt McMullin

BIO:
Dr. Kurt McMullin is currently an associate professor of civil engineering at San Jose State University. Kurt has published in many refereed journals and participated in refereed and non-refereed conferences and engineering reports. He is associated with the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute. He has been licensed in California as a civil engineer since 1991. Kurt received MS and PhD degrees from the University of California at Berkeley in civil engineering.
